Mountain Mike’s, a pizza chain famous for its 20-inch pizzas, just opened its first Idaho location in Meridian.
Mountain Mike’s is located at 3340 N. Eagle Rd #104, the former Rumbi Island Grill spot.
The chain has been around for nearly 40 years and plans to open more locations in Idaho. The press release indicates that Gem State Pies, a local franchise, has signed a multi-unit deal to open five locations in Treasure Valley.
“We are proud to bring Mountain Mike’s Pizza to the great state of Idaho, and we do not lose sight of how the values of the residents of Idaho clearly overlap with the family and community pillars on which Mountain Mike’s was created,” Gem’s Boris Ilic told State Pies. “We are thrilled to welcome the community to the unique dining experience only found at Mountain Mike’s, where families and friends of all ages can come together and create memories over a truly fantastic.”

The new Mountain Mike location is 2,500 square feet with a dining room, televisions and an arcade area.
On the menu, a variety of pizzas, including classics like Pepperoni and Cheese. There are also wings, salads, sides, desserts and draft beer.
Mountain Mike’s is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. It offers take-out, dine-in and delivery.
